The casino was nice and clean. The food court was also good with many options.

There was no free in-room coffee. Our floor didn't have any water on our last full day. The pillows were horrible. They need better pillows.

The location was central, made getting around easy for sightseeing. The onsite amenities were convenient. I used the fedex for work. Ramsay kitchen provided an enjoyable meal (the service there was quick!).

I found that the shower design in the bathroom allowed water to spill into the hallway easily. The lack of a proper door or enclosure made it hard to contain the water.

The food court restaurants and Starbucks near the front desk offered excellent customer service. The housekeeping staff also showed great professionalism and continuous effort. This ensured guests were happy and the casino remained clean.

My room had a modern design. Check-in was fast. Self-service machines sped up the check-out process (it was very convenient).

The shower was not designed well. Water sprayed past the enclosure. The internet connection was inconsistent. I encountered staff who did not seem particularly friendly (I felt they were uninterested).
